Wheel Relining
If a hub still meets OEM specifications, we can safely reline it, saving you money while still providing maximum safety. Maclan has been relining many of the same hubs for 30 years with no issues.
Preinspection:
Every incoming wheel is individually inspected to determine the condition of the worn material. If your wheel is outside of specification, you are notified prior to processing.
Cleaning:
Our unique process removes the old material without removing metal, maintaining the integrity of the hub. The hubs are then prepared for relining with Maclan's exclusive adhesives.
Processing:
Your hubs are lined using proven high performance urethanes processed under Maclan's stringent process control manual guidelines.
Quality Assurance:
Each newly relined wheel undergoes a final inspection. All tests must meet or exceed the guidelines specified in our in-house process control manual.
