Refurbish Existing Wheels

Maclan refurbishes wheels so you get the longest life out of your hubs while keeping your cost for maintenance at a minimum.  Our unique stripping process does not compromise the integrity of the hub. No metal is machined off. With Maclan, your used and worn-out wheels will meet OEM specifications every time providing bearing tolerances are maintained.

Every incoming wheel is individually inspected to determine the condition of the worn material. Hub inspection is available upon request. You may be sure safety and quality is foremost in our inspections.

Cleaning:

Our unique process removes the old material without removing metal, maintaining the integrity of the hub. The hubs are then prepared for relining with Maclan's exclusive adhesives.

Processing:

Your hubs are lined using proven high performance urethanes processed under Maclan's stringent process control guidelines.

Machining:

Every wheel is checked for concentricity and dimensions.

Quality Assurance:

Each newly relined wheel undergoes a final inspection and documentation. All tests must meet or exceed specifications, as safety comes first.
