WATERJET CUTTING

Beginning January 1st, 2012, Maclan now has in house waterjet cutting capabilities.

At 55,000 psi, our new Flow Mach 2 waterjet will cut up to 6 feet X 10 feet x 5 inch thick materials.

New Wheels/Hub Manufacturing

 

Need new hubs? No problem! Maclan manufactures hubs to O.E.M. specifications in our state of the art CNC machine shop. Maclan utilizes Solidworks® in design, CNC lathe and mill in fabrication and CMM Faro® inspection to insure your hubs are manufactured to tight tolerances. All processing is documented and certified. Be it one or hundreds, hub manufacturing has become another speciality with Maclan.
