WATERJET CUTTING

Beginning January 1st, 2012, Maclan now has in house waterjet cutting capabilities.

At 55,000 psi, our new Flow Mach 2 waterjet will cut up to 6 feet X 10 feet x 5 inch thick materials.

Pipe Linings

Since 1975, Maclan has been providing customers with high quality polyurethane products. Maclan's polyurethane and rubber linings are products that you can depend on when in service. Maclan can line your existing piping or fabricate new spools and fittings.

 

 

 

 

Polyurethane has better abrasion resistance to fine particles. In the right application, polyurethane linings will out-wear comparable rubber linings. It is often possible to substitute a thinner polyurethane lining in place of a thicker rubber lining without sacrificing wear.
