Polyurethane Product Line
Polyurethanes can be cast molded into solid parts and bonded to a variety of metal substrates. Polyurethanes come in a range of hardness fron 30A to 70D, and can be made in any color.
Our largest market for polyurethane is the Amusement industry, applying polyurethanes to roller coaster wheels and various other parts in amusement parks.
Maclan has 12 polyurethane manufacturing ovens. We can produce parts as small as computer tape rollers, or as large as 20 foot long polyurethane linings for steel pipes. We have lined tanks up to 20 feet in diameter and 3 feet long.. We maintain a stringent in-house process control procedure and have a dedicated QA department to monitor these procedures.
