Polyurethane Linings
Since 1975, Maclan has been providing customers with high quality polyurethane products. Whether hand or machine poured, consistent quality is maintained through highly trained employees, stringent in-house process controls and a dedicated quality assurance department. Over the years, Maclan has demonstrated that every part produced is of the same high quality as the first part produced.
Polyurethane has better abrasion resistance to fine particles. It also has lower tooling costs. In the right application, polyurethane linings will out-wear comparable rubber linings. It is often possible to substitute a thinner polyurethane lining in place of a thicker rubber lining without sacrificing wear.
