We manufacture solid polyurethane cleaning cones to any OEM standard.
Cleaner cones separate and remove particles like metal staples, grit, sand and glass from paper stock. Parts that come into contact with the stock are subject to wear from abrasion and chemical corrosion. Polyurethane cones have these great advantages over other materials:
