Maclan started in 1975 providing urethane and rubber parts to Florida's phosphate industry. We provide expert on-site service as well as in-house services.
Our unique expertise is in bonding urethanes and rubber to metal parts. For mining operations, this includes pipe lining, pump lining, chute and launder lining, filter hose and dredge hose.
Maclan is a turn-key operation. Our fully equipped fabrication shop can fabricate metal chutes, launders and piping, as well as other core metal parts. We can also line new parts provided by the customer, or reline old parts to extend life and improve safety.
We provide on-site service for many projects, and provide delivery for projects that are done at our facilities.
