Maclan's expertise and experience in bonding polyurethane to metal has made them the largest company to refurbish roller coaster wheels.

Most roller coasters ride on a tube track. Load wheels carry the weight of the car, guide wheels hold the car from side-to-side, and upstop wheels keep the car from coming up and off the track.

Maclan either strips off the old, worn-out urethane from the hub and then cleans and refurbishes the existing wheels back to OEM specifications. Maclan also makes new hubs and lines them with polyurethane to OEM specifications.

We also manufacture solid nylon and solid urethane wheels for rides, and custom parts in any shape, size or color.
